Korean firms to build low-cost Linux-based supercomputer
The Korea Research and Development Information Center (KORDIC), a nonprofit research institute, announced an alliance to build a supercomputer using Linux operating system. Joining the efforts are Samsung Electronics, Samsung Corp. and Linux solution developer Zion Linux Systems.
